A place that I think is socially considered a utopia place is the small islands in Rio de Janeiro called Angra dos Reis in Brazil. It is about three hours drive from the city of Rio de Janeiro. The water of most islands is blue mixed with the perfect combination of green and at the same time it is transparent so you can see your full body. The center of the island has its charm with some buildings from colonial time. I agree to a certain extended that this is a utopian place. I believe that Angra is an amazing place to visit but not to be lived in. The society/community of the place was created for tourists and that is how they make their living of, so for me, it would not be the best option to live. However, I understand that there is a lot of people who can live in this conditions and are happy with what they have.
