ASSIGNMENT 4: THE POLITICS OF THE BODY / THE POLITICS OF SPACE
Changes & New Perspective, 2020, digital design (Procreate app and Adobe Illustrator).
For this project I wanted to bring my own perspective on the changes I am experiencing with college and adulthood. I am designing my idea of what is like to live in two different places in the world. Whenever I come back home I feel that I have changed so much, but at the same time I feel that I am still the same person to those who love me.

Assignment 3:Â MOVEMENT AS TIME / MOVEMENT OVER TIME
What is like to go to school in NYC?
In this project I want to explore the relation of time and movement from the perspective of an NYU student. When college students have a fun time with their friends, time seems to go by so fast. In a city like NYC, which is known as a fast pace city, students can find themselves lost in time. They feel the desire to go back to the good moments and experiences in the city.

ASSIGNMENT 2: KEEPING TIME: A MOMENT / AN INFINITY:
Project 2
For this project I intended to bring the movements of a brand new choreography created by an NYU dance student. Sage Saray is an incredible dancer, who will be dancing for 2 minutes in my video. I will use the different types of shots to help the viewer appreciate the dancer’s movements. Using close-ups zooms will make the audience feel less distant from the video. Expanding the video to 10 minutes will help me as an editor to work precisely on my transitions and cuts. Filters and sounds will be some of the other mediums of this video. I plan to work with repetition of scenes to impact the performance of the dancer. I will make her dance techniques a priority in the video, this way I will illustrate her original choreography. I want to film the video at Washington Square Park in the morning.

TIME: A LENGTHÂ Â / A LINE
Project 1
The wave of a walk. In this project, I decided to work with photography to better capture the movement of time. The simple act of walking to the park and coming back home can illustrate how time passes by so quickly. The collage portrays different seconds of that action.
